CCCEU submits feedback to draft Regulation on foreign subsidies

On 20 July 2021, the China Chamber of Commerce to the EU (CCCEU) provided its feedback to the European Commission’s proposal for a Regulation on foreign subsidies distorting the internal market (COM (2021) 223 final), which was unveiled on 5 May 2021.
