On 4 June, the China Chamber of Commerce to the EU (CCCEU) will host a workshop on the implementation of the EU Foreign Subsidies Regulation (FSR), bringing together representatives of the European Commission and Chinese companies operating in Europe for an in-person and online exchange. This will be the first CCCEU-hosted exchange with both DG COMP and DG GROW on FSR compliance.

The workshop will focus on practical compliance issues under the FSR, including its policy background, procedural requirements, communication practices, and early implementation experience.

The event will include an interactive discussion session, offering participants the opportunity to exchange views on practical issues arising from FSR compliance and implementation.

The workshop aims to support a constructive dialogue between Chinese businesses and EU institutions, contributing to greater regulatory transparency and predictability for companies operating in Europe.

The meeting will be held under the Chatham House Rule.

In-person participation is reserved for CCCEU members and relevant stakeholders. Online participation is open upon registration.
