YANG Baihua

Mr. Yang Baihua is a Vice Chairperson and board member at the CCCEU. Since October 2020, he has also held the positions of Chief Engineer of China Three Gorges International Corporation, and Vice President of China Three Gorges International Limited.

Mr. Yang Baihua has profound professional knowledge and experience in the overseas energy investment management. From February 2009 to November 2012, he served as Deputy General Manager of Yangtze River Three Gorges Technical and Economic Development Company Limited Malaysia and Deputy General Manager of Three Gorges Development Company (Malaysia) of China Water& Electric International Investment Company (later renamed as China Three Gorges International Corporation); from September 2015 to October 2020, he served as Deputy General Manager, Chief Engineer and Safety Director of China Three Gorges International Corporation. Mr. Yang  joined the China Three Gorges Corporation in 1985.

Mr. Yang Baihua graduated from Tsinghua University with a master's degree in water conservancy engineering and construction, and he is recognized as a Senior engineer.
