FU Xiangyang

Mr. Fu Xiangyang is a vice chairperson and board member at the CCCEU. Since July 2022, he has also held the position of Chairman of COSCO SHIPPING (Europe) GmbH.

Mr. Fu has extensive experience in international shipping and management. From January 2016 to June 2022, he served as Secretary of the Board of Directors, China COSCO SHIPPING Corp. Ltd.; from October 2012 to July 2018, he was Chairman of the Seafarers Committee, Asia Shipowner Association; and from October 2011 to December 2015, he served as Chairman of the Trade Union, China Ocean Shipping (Group) Company. Mr. Fu joined COSCO Shanghai in August 1989.

Mr. Fu graduated from Fudan University with a Master's degree in Business Administration and Missouri State University with a Master's degree in Business Administration.
