In collaboration with the CCCEU, Roland Berger has annually conducted report on the Development of Chinese enterprises in the EU for 4 consecutive years since 2019. The reports are generated and published in order to continuously understand key trends in the EU market, analyze opportunities and challenges faced by Chinese enterprises, and thereby provide recommendations to Chinese enterprises and relevant regulatory institutions both in the EU and in China to facilitate creating better environment for Chinese enterprises in the EU and promote mutual trust, better economic and trade cooperation between China and EU.

Previous reports enjoyed wide exposure and huge impact: our reports served as a trustworthy reference source for Ministry of Commerce and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in regular briefings. In 2021, the release of the report received attention and discussion from more than 70 mainstream media outlets. In ''2020 Report on Development of China's Outward Investment and Economic Cooperation'' by Ministry of Commerce, relevant data and contents are cited. In addition, multiple EU organizations regularly reached out for discussion of detailed content, fully expressing their recognition of Roland Berger reports.

This year, the CCCEU and Roland Berger are continuing our cooperation. We will conduct in-depth research on the development of Chinese enterprises in Europe and the business environment they face, gain deeper insights into strategic issues and concerns of Chinese enterprises in Europe, such as green economy, digital economy, corporate social responsibility and sustainable development, and propose constructive and practical suggestions on China-European development and cooperation.
