Renewable Energy Power Utilization Transaction of Southern China Records New High and Broke 10 Billion kWh
Guangzhou - On March 15, the Guangzhou Power Exchange Center held the southern region 2021 renewable energy power utilization transaction as a total of 10.5 billion kWh of renewable energy power utilization was sold, with a record high including 7.7 billion kWh of hydropower utilization and 2.8 billion kWh of non-hydropower utilization.
This important transaction further illustrated the optimal allocation of resources in a wide range and effectively made market transactions near commonplace to support the clean and low-carbon transformation of energy. As an important supplementary approach to evaluate the proportion of responsible renewable energy power utilization, this transaction today plays a positive role in the completion of the assessment tasks in the relevant provinces and areas in the southern region.
