ZHOU Lihong

Madame ZHOU Lihong is Chairwoman of the China Chamber of Commerce to the EU and heads the Board of the CCCEU. She pioneered in setting up the chamber in 2018. 

Madame Zhou has gathered a long list of credentials in finance, investment and management in international environment in her professional career. She was general manager at Bank of China (Luxembourg) from 2013, and chairman of the board at Bank of China (Luxembourg) since 2018. In her capacity, she was in charge of six sub-branches of Bank of China, in six EU members states, including the Netherlands, Belgium, Poland, Sweden, Portugal and Luxembourg.   

She joined Bank of China in 1984. After a long career in the Beijing headquarters, she moved to Luxembourg in 2005 where she first served as deputy general manager from 2005 to 2013.

Madame Zhou holds a master's degree in economics from the Renmin University of China.
