GUO Xin

Guo Xin was assigned by the Bank of China to the Secretariat of the China Chamber of Commerce to the EU in February 2020 as secretary general and he is also CCCEU board member. Mr.Guo joined Bank of China in 1988 and he acted as director of International Trade Settlement Department, Personal Banking Department of Bank of China Anhui Branch in China, general manager of the Banking Department of BOC New York Branch in the United States (2001 to 2006), deputy managing director of the BOC Stockholm Branch in Sweden ( 2012-2017) and  deputy managing director of the BOC Manila Branch in Philippines (2017-February 2020). 

Mr. Guo has  successively worked on the business of corporate finance, personal finance and international trade settlement in the commercial banking field, and has obtained rich overseas work experience. 

Mr. Guo holds bachelor degree on economics and master degree on business administration.
