Premier Li Keqiang voiced hopes that the China Chamber of Commerce to the EU (CCCEU) will create a "golden placard" for China as he attended its inauguration ceremony on April 8, 2019. 

Li called on the chamber to serve Chinese enterprises investing in the EU, promote China-EU trade and investment cooperation, and to be a bridge of communication by listening not only to the voice of Chinese companies, but also the views of the EU Chamber of Commerce in China and other European enterprises. 

The premier also called on the CCCEU to help create a good image for Chinese enterprises participating in a new era of international competition.
